Timeline starting in 2021
Year 1: Acquire 25+ acres of land and move current arena panels to new location to allow for more parking and events.
Year 5: Construct permanent covered arena, restroom/concession building and gravel parking. Use current arena panels to construct warm up arena and cattle pens.
Year 10: Add permanent covered cattle pens, bucking chutes, and roping box. Convert gravel parking to paved parking and drives.

- 120’ x 200’ covered arena with bleacher seating for up to 2,000 and announcer stand.
- Covered cattle pens

- Concession building with restrooms
- 120’x 100’ outdoor warm up arena
- Paved drives and spectator parking lot
- Trailer parking
- Front entry fencing and signage
